Useful information for beginners or those new to YogaMonks
Beginners: Those who have never attended a yoga class before or are new to any movement or fluid based class. Also recommended for those returning from injury. Although postures include traditional and contemporary Yoga asanas, the flow of the class is slow in order to integrate basic structure and energetic sensitivity.
Intermediate: Those who have studied Yoga previously or another innovative or movement based form of exercise such as Dance, Capoeria, Martial arts etc. This class assumes the student to have a good understanding of their working body and a sensitivity to energetics through form.
Advanced: Those have have studied Yoga commitedly, have their own practise or whom have been attending Yogamonks over a long period of time. Please ask Jon at the start of class or email to check suitability for this level as the class is fast paced and intensive.
